Mr. Galipeau is a Senior Market Strategist and Team Leader of the FT Investment Institute. He is responsible for communicating Franklin Templeton's investment views and opinions to internal and external clients. Additionally, Mr. Galipeau leads team research efforts and shares key insights on the economy and financial markets with Franklin Templeton clients.

Mr. Galipeau joined Putnam in 2013 and has been in the investment industry since 1992.Mr. Galipeau was recognized by CNN/Money magazine as the top-ranked equity research provider in the United States in 2002. He is a member of the CFA Society Boston and the Market Technicians Association. Prior to joining Putnam, Mr. Galipeau was Director of Equity Research and a Portfolio Manager at DG Capital Management from 2006 to 2012. Previously, he was President of Alpha Equity Research from 1994 to 2006. In 2002, Mr. Galipeau was recognized by CNN/Money Magazine as the top-ranked equity research provider in the United States. He began his career as a Marketing Director at Fidelity Investments from 1992 to 1994.

Mr. Galipeau earned an M.B.A. in Financial Management from the University of New Hampshire and a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, from Salem State University. He is a member of the CFA Society Boston and the Market Technicians Association.
